  • violate (or attempt to violate) the functionality of the Website, in particular by exposing the Website to viruses, carrying out data extraction operations that may create an overload of consultation of the Website, databases and servers, sending "spam" or overloading the Website's messaging system;
  • consult confidential or non-public information or access a server or account in relation to which the visitor has not been expressly allowed access;

MFE reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend, limit, terminate or prevent access to the Website, without prior notice, if the visitor violates the obligations under these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to the right to claim damages from the defaulting visitor.

The material contained on the Website is for information purposes only. The Website and each of its elements (including all text, documentation, images, fonts, artistic work, graphics, music, sounds, web pages, videos, drawings, trademarks, logos and any other material on the Website or accessible through the Website), as well as the application software and all codes and scripts used to implement the Site and databases (collectively, the "Contents"), are the property of MFE or in any case in its legitimate availability, and are protected by legislation protecting industrial and intellectual property rights, copyright and related rights or other applicable regulations. Unless expressly provided, the Website Content may not, in whole or in part, be copied, modified, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, downloaded, published, deleted or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of MFE. The trademarks and logos present on the Website are the property of MFE and/or companies belonging to the MFE Group, are registered with the Italian, European or international offices competent for the protection of trademarks and are in any case protected by the applicable laws on industrial and intellectual property. They may not be used on any other website other than the Website or on other means of communication without the prior consent of MFE or the other companies belonging to the MFE Group. The name “MFE” or “MFE Group” and any trademark that includes the trademark “MFE” may not be used as internet addresses of other sites, or as parts of such addresses, without the prior written consent of MFE.

The use of the Website and navigation on it falls under the sole responsibility of the visitor who accesses it. No responsibility is assumed in relation to both the Content of the Website and the use that third parties may make of it, as well as for any errors or omissions of any kind as well as for any contamination deriving from access, interconnection, downloading of Content from the Website and the use of such Content. Therefore, MFE will not be required for any reason to respond to damages, losses, prejudices of any kind that the visitor or third parties may suffer due to contact with the Website or even the impossibility of using the Website, as well as for the reliance made on the Content published on the Website, or as a result of the use of what is published therein as well as the software used on the Website. These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan, Italy, will have exclusive jurisdiction and competence for any disputes and in any case related to these terms and conditions.

For the transmission and storage of Regulated Information, MFE uses the "eMarket SDIR" dissemination system and the "eMarket storage" storage mechanism available at managed by Teleborsa S.r.l., based in Piazza di Priscilla 4, Rome - following the authorization and CONSOB resolutions no. 22517 and no. 22518 of 23 November 2022.
